New two storey extension to the existing Stake Centre. The project comprised part ground floor extension and part lower ground floor, with associated basement retaining walls and underpinning works to the adjacent building.

Three storey church hall with two basement storeys. The part concrete, part steel frame was supported on a reinforced concrete raft foundation with specific care taken during excavation due to the historic nature of the site and the nearby 13th century church.
