Three storey student accommodation building in the heart of Leamington Spa comprising 42 one bed apartments. The project included a steel frame. Due to the proximity of the existing fragile surrounding buildings, the development required a specific need for the use of shallow cantilevered foundations.

New 500m2 two storey steel framed accommodation with slender cantilevered balconies supported on piled foundations. This project also required beam and block ground floor and external works including drainage. This project won the Civic New Building or Structure Award in 2017.
