New 107,642ft2 (10,000m2) component store with three storey office block. Structure consisted of a wide span steel portal frame structure with piled foundations. The project also included the design of a state of the art visitor centre with associated concrete retaining and gabion retaining walls.

9700ft2 extension and additional lean-to building to existing industrial unit previously designed by ourselves in 1993. The project required ground to be vibro ground stabilised, steel frame supported on traditional foundations, ground floor slab, two new 30T cranes and external works.

Our brief was to lead on the structural design of a 30,000ft2 warehouse. The structure included steel portal frame supported on traditional foundations. A new sheet pile retaining wall which had to be constructed alongside and in close proximity to the adjacent River Tame.
